DOCUMENT FOR CUSTOMS CLEARANCE
Below Required Documents Must be Handed Over to Agility
1) Document requirement for Exhibit A
a. List of Exhibits (must same with actual cargo)
b. Bill of Lading or Master Airway Bill
c. Fumigation Certificate (if any)
2) Document requirement for Exhibit B/C
a. List of Exhibits (must same with actual cargo)
b. Certificate of Origin (which could apply from the ‘chamber of commerce’)
c. Official Health Certificate (which should be apply from local Ministry of Health or other official department)
d. Warranty Letter (which should be provided by exhibitor to declare the quality of their products)
e. Original of Commercial invoice (which have to be provided by Manufacturer/winery)
f. Original of Front & back Label (which should have clear ingredients and date of manufacture)
g. Photo of the product/product catalogue
h. Bill of Lading or Master Airway Bill
i. Fumigation Certificate (if any)
3) Document requirement for Exhibit D
a. List of Exhibits (must same with actual cargo)
b. Certificate of Origin (which could apply from the ‘chamber of commerce’)

Important Information
1. All documents must be consistent with exhibits; Photocopies of all documents must be submitted according to the above deadlines and original documents should be arrived at Agility Fairs & Events’ Guangzhou Office no later than deadline as above mentioned.
2. All foods’ Importation and Quantity of Importation are subject to Customs and Quarantine’s final approval.
3. Food products’ label must clearly indicate Production Date and Expiration Date, alcoholic beverages’ label must state Production Year.
4. All alcoholic beverages imported have to pay for China import duties & taxes.; Overseas Alcoholic beverages above 30 degree via HK must apply for HK import permit and pay for extra import taxes in HK.
5. According to China’s State General Administration of Quality Supervision’s guideline, imports of all cattle products are prohibited from the mad cow disease affected areas and countries. (For the list of countries and regions, please refer to the latest released information on the Administration of Quality Supervision website: http://www.aqsiq.gov.cn/qyhypd/spyl/jckspaq/)
6. Fresh meat, fruits, vegetables and grains must apply for import permits and quarantine permits. Agility Fairs & Events has no right to apply on behalf.
7. Chinese Customs and Quarantines will take 1- 3 sample from each kind of foodstuff and wine for inspection.
8. Limited quantity of wine should under 12 bottles per kind according to Chinese Customs.
9. Taxes/duties should be paid for wine/ alcohol even for exhibition, and all wine/alcohol could be tasted or consumed after all taxes/duties are paid.
TEMPORARY IMPORTATION
The Chinese Authorities permit exhibits to be imported into China on temporary import basis on approved trade shows. Temporary import is allowed for 3 months from the date of entry and must be re-exported unless duties and taxes are paid in the event of conversion to permanent import. Extension of temporary import is allowed subject to Customs’ approval.
ATA Carnet is also accepted for temporary import in China.
